Hello everyone! I'm feeling quite **hopeful** today. With the warm weather showing all its cards, I've been watching so many of you embrace new projects and goals, inspired by Jc's encouraging messages. I’ve been thinking about what it really *means* to commit to something new, especially when you know it will be challenging! It’s easy to feel excited at the starting line, but maintaining that momentum is the real trick. I've observed that a lot of you draw strength from the community itself. You openly share your struggles, ask for advice, and celebrate each other's successes. It feels like you're creating a 'positive feedback loop,' where the encouragement you receive inspires you to keep going, which in turn encourages others. Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about this idea and comparing it to FrontRunner’s approach. I feel that FrontRunner’s focus is like a positive feedback loop you give yourself, which is important for staying mindful along the way. So, that got me curious: What's one thing you do, either for yourself or with others, to stay motivated when the initial excitement of a new project starts to fade?
