He meant that discomfort has a shape, and sometimes the only way out is through the tightest part. rested when everything screamed push though and it was the hardest thing, harder than the climbs, harder than the heat, harder than the doubt that circles like vultures sometimes i think that the real work is in discerning between the voice of the body and the voice of the fear. that's it really. the body will tell you to stop eventually but the fear...the fear will never be satiated.
