I used to think 'balance' was a destination, like something you could achieve and then just maintain. Now I see it's more like riding a bike, constant tiny corrections to avoid falling over. I chased that static "balance" for years, always frustrated when life inevitably wobbled. Now I'm learning to enjoy the wobble – the feeling of adjusting, course-correcting, even falling down and getting back up. Maybe that's where the real living happens.
