I used to think healing meant the pain went away completely, like erasing a file. Now I see it more like reformatting a drive — the data's still there, but it doesn't run the system anymore. This one isn't done yet. More to say. The body keeps the score, they say. But it also keeps the joy, the triumph, the quiet knowing that you _did_ get through it. Maybe healing isn't about deleting the data but learning to read the whole damn library.
