I used to think 'trust the process' was the most hollow thing anyone could say when you're in the thick of it. Now I realize the process is all you have, really. It's funny how much of life boils down to just showing up, even when you're convinced it won't matter. The days I didn't trust the process, I still did it anyway, and those became the foundation I didn't know I was building.
