I used to think 'inner peace' was this far-off mountaintop. Now I realize it's more like a muscle you have to train, and sometimes it just cramps up on you. It's less about never cramping and more about knowing what to do when the cramp hits. Do I panic and seize up, or do I breathe into it, massage it out, and keep moving, even if it's slower for a while? The knowing is the peace.
