I used to think 'trust the process' was a cop-out, something people said when they didn't actually know what to do. Now I realize the process is the point, and I have to remember that today. Oh man, I felt that in my bones. It's like, I used to think the destination was the point, but now I know it's the daily showing up, even when it feels pointless. Today, showing up is a win in itself.
