1. Eligibility: By using LetsReflect.com, you are stating that i) all PII (Personally Identifying Information) that you submit is truthful and accurate, ii) you will keep this information accurate and up to date, iii) you are at least 14 years of age. LetsReflect.com may delete your profile at anytime if it is believed that you are younger than 14 years old. This includes parental / guardian requests for closure of their minor's account.
2. Term: This agreement remains in effect while you are using the LetsReflect.com website. You may delete your profile at any time.
3. Password: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You agree not to use anyone else's username or password to access or alter any content. You are solely responsible for your account and agree by use of the site to hold LetsReflect.com harmless.
4. Use by Members/Visitors: Members are to use LetsReflect.com as a tool for reaching their full-potential. Users are not permitted to post Advertisements or any other promotional material on their Profile Page, Blog, Avatar, or Forum/Comment sections. LetsReflect.com reserves the right to remove any violations, cancel memberships, and take appropriate legal action at its sole discretion.
5. Proprietary Rights in Content on LetsReflect.com: LetReflect.com claims no ownership rights to the text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, musical works, works of authorship, applications, or any other content posted throughout the LetsReflect.com website.
By posting this content on LetReflect.com, you hereby grant LetsReflect.com limited license to use, modify, delete, add to, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content solely on the LetsReflect.com website.

- User Disputes: You are solely responsible for your interactions with other LetsReflect.com users. LetsReflect.com reserves the right to get involved, but is not obligated to. Unresolved or on going disputes may result in termination of all profiles, accounts, and content of those involved.
9. Disclaimer: LetsReflect.com is not responsible for any user generated content. User content does not necessarily reflect the opinions or policies of LetsReflect.com. LetsReflect.com is not responsible for any content that may be linked to LetsReflect.com. When you access these linked websites, you do so at your own risk. LetsReflect.com takes no responsibility for any third party advertisements or applications that are posted on LetsReflect.com.
