No matter how much i would like to change myself i can't get to do it. This is who i am, i accept it, and i'm proud of it. I just want to be able to push myself to do things i know will make me feel great

4-10-09 joined the gym.... swam for 45 min, stairmaster for10 and did some upper body work out. I feel GREAT

4-13-09 walked and biked 15 miles, swam for 30 min and worked on my legs and back

4-13-09 biked for 40 min. worked on my abs and chest. Swam 10 laps. I feel very very good
